Lodge Specifications

We guarantee everything supplied, including our workmanship, for 12 months from purchase, and a further 9 years guarantee on the structural frame, subject to maintenance and repair as required.

Unfurnished

The unfurnished lodges are the culmination of many years experience by our in house designers, fabrication team & of course you, our customer.

We have combined all the finer points of the many buildings produced to create a range of lodges, which as standard, will withstand the worst extremes of our climate & provide a most comfortable home of enviable appearance with a long lifespan & requiring minimum maintenance.

Heating costs are low due to the method of construction & the high quality thermal insulation used, combined with the “Low E” glass fitted to all external doors & windows.

The inventory of each lodge is comprehensive and includes:

Fully fitted Kitchen in a choice of finishes complete with fitted oven, hob, hood and fridge.
Modern Bathroom or Shower.
Lounges with gas fire in surround or electric stove on hearth.
Bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes & dressing tables.
Low wattage electric heating to bedrooms bathrooms & dining areas.
All windows & doors are double glazed with thermal Low E glass, draught-proofed & lockable.
Externally the buildings are supplied with balconies, steps, under building aprons & external lighting.
Cooking, water heating & lounge fire by gas or electricity.

Furnished

To complete your lodge our buyers have put together a furnishing pack from a range of manufacturers guaranteeing comfort, quality & style in both hard & soft furnishings, all at an attractive price.

To cater for individual tastes or if you require only certain items within our pack please discuss your requirements with our representatives.

The standard inventory is comprehensive & includes full assembly & fitting of all items.
