All our lodges are bespoke and made to order, with prices based on individual lodge specification, location, and whether your lodge is a private purchase or to be sited on a commercial holiday park.

If you are able to advise us by phone, email, or by completing our website enquiry form with details of what you are looking for, including location (for delivery, site access and haulage), a member of our team will be able to discuss costs with you. Please note that we do not supply price lists and we can only provide costs once further information is known.

Please also note that the many parks we supply on a national basis all have different cost centres, sometimes for the same product. This is due to site development costs, distance from our workshop, and on-site costs as well as our own product costs. Please do get in touch with us if you are interested in a lodge for a park, but note that the price will be supplied by the particular park that you have chosen.

Factors to Consider When Comparing Prices

We have put together the following points which may be helpful in deciding on your dream home with Island Leisure:

You can alter the size, layout and add on any extras to suit your exact requirements – your lodge is customised for you and our flexible pricing structure enables you to fit your spec to your budget.

Our buildings are fully constructed, decorated, wired, plumbed, and even furnished if you opt for one of our furnishing packs, and ready for delivery from our workshop.

Modern bathrooms and/or shower rooms are included in the price.

Fully fitted kitchen in a choice of finishes, complete with oven, hob, hood and fridge freezer is included in the price. You have the option to upgrade the domestic appliances or opt for integrated appliances at an extra cost.

Our buildings are built well in excess of the requirements of BS 3632 (mobile home regulation). We can also build to comply with Building Standards Regulations if you choose (that of a traditional new build house).

BS 3632 is a full residential specification and dependent upon the length of time the lodge development/park is permitted to remain open, you will be able to use your lodge all the year around.

Fast delivery times! After completion of your building in our works, only 3-5 days are required to deliver and site the building, erect chosen balconies and stores.

We deliver the building and carry out site works in ALL weather conditions.
