All buildings are manufactured and finished at our purpose-built facility near Almondbank, on the outskirts of Perth, before being transported to sites across Scotland and the wider UK.

Many of our buildings are completed entirely in-house, sometimes fully furnished, giving our customers a turnkey solution and our team the opportunity to work to a consistently high standard in a controlled environment.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our Perth-based manufacturing team. This role involves preparing and finishing interior and exterior surfaces across a range of modular buildings, ensuring every project meets our quality expectations.

Experience with spray painting and the use of Wagner spray equipment is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating, including filling, sanding, and priming

• Apply paints, stains, and varnishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

• Protect floors and finished areas using dust sheets and appropriate coverings

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

• Follow all health & safety requirements, risk assessments, and company procedures

• Store materials safely and correctly

• Work independently or collaboratively to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within new-build construction or renovation environments

• Strong understanding of surface preparation and professional finishing techniques

• Knowledge of health & safety practices, including COSHH, manual handling, and working at height

• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider production team

• Full UK driving licence
