Island Leisure Limited, established in 1988, has been Scotland’s premier manufacturer of quality buildings for many years.  The factory is located in Almondbank just a short drive from the historic City of Perth and well placed for factory visits by clients to discuss designs, layouts and to select personal specifications relating to their dreamhome.

Nothing is mass produced. This allows our customer a choice in all aspects of their lodge. Our in-house architectural and interior design team are available throughout the design process to guide and advise every customer.

You can choose a lodge designed by our team at Island Leisure Lodges or let your own ideas come to life and customise your own timber lodge building to suit your own requirements for residential or commercial purposes.

Location of Your Lodge

  • You may already have your own plot of ground.
  • You may have a specific Holiday Park you would like your lodge sited on. We would be delighted to liaise with your preferred choice of Park to ensure the ground preparation and siting of the lodge runs smoothly.
  • If you are unsure of where you would like your lodge sited, please go to our web site page 'Lodges For Sale & Rent'. Here you will find a list of Holiday Parks where our lodges are already sited.  So whether you want to spend your spare time in Scotland's First National Park, The Cairngorms; or visit Aviemore; fishing on the River Tay or River Spey; or sample one of the many first class golf courses in Tayside, Fife, The Highlands, SW Scotland, but to name a few, we will find somewhere that will capture your heart!

 

Siting

For our complete range of lodges, a simple and inexpensive concrete foundation is required, for which we provide drawings.

Delivery to hand over of our buildings takes approximately 3 days on site, at which time the lodge is ready for service connections and occupation.

Our lodges can also be relocated to a different area.
