Access For All Range

Inclusive, Thoughtful Design Without Compromise

Purpose-built lodges tailored for wheelchair users and those with specialist needs.

The Access For All Range is designed to provide comfortable, accessible living for people with progressive illnesses or physical disabilities. Each lodge is thoughtfully planned with widened doorways, level thresholds, wet rooms, hoists, and adapted kitchens, all tailored to individual requirements. As with all our ranges, these lodges are made to order — you can customise an existing layout or work with our architect to create a completely bespoke, fully accessible home. Use our example floorplans as a foundation to help you plan your ideal space.

A Royal Opening for One of Our Most Special Lodges

We were honoured to be part of a truly memorable day when Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, officially opened a bespoke accessible holiday lodge built by Island Leisure for MND Scotland. The opening ceremony took place at Clayton Caravan Park near St Andrews in July 2019, where Princess Anne, Royal Patron of the charity, unveiled a commemorative plaque and toured the lodge.

The new state-of-the-art, fully accessible holiday lodge, known as Clayton Lodge, was thoughtfully designed and constructed by our team here at Island Leisure to meet the complex needs of people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and other disabilities. Every aspect of the lodge’s layout and specification was carefully tailored in consultation with MND Scotland to ensure it provides a comfortable, practical, and uplifting environment for families to relax, recharge and spend precious time together.
