A versatile lodge layout with privacy, panoramic views, and flexible living spaces.

Designed with the widest elevation facing forward, the Side On Range offers spacious open-plan living with bedrooms and bathrooms positioned at either end for privacy. It’s ideal for sloping or narrow sites and makes the most of views and natural light. As with all our buildings, each Side On lodge is individually designed and made to order. You can adapt an existing layout or create a bespoke design from scratch alongside our experienced architect. The floorplans shown here are a starting point — a useful tool to help visualise what’s possible and inform your budget.
